At RTW Plus, we aim to provide our customers with an outstanding service throughout their client journey with us. Our robust clinical and corporate governance processes support strong business practices, clinical excellence and responsive feedback and complaints handling. 


Our leaders are recognised industry experts in case management and vocational rehabilitationTwo of our Directors also sit on the Board of Directors of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA) and Case Management Society UK (CMSUK), respectively. 

RTW Plus’ comprehensive governance framework is designed to safeguard our clients and business in order to achieve best outcomes for those we serve. We operate a continual audit cycle which enables us to monitor outcomes, processes and procedures and constantly refine and improve our service provision.

Clinical Excellence  

All our specialists are highly skilled and experienced health and/or vocational professionals. In order to work with us our spmust have a professional qualification with a minimum of 10 years’ post graduate experience and enhanced DBS certification. We also require them to be members of a suitable professional organisation, such as the Vocational Rehabilitation Association (VRA) or Case Management Society UK (CMSUK) and to undertake regular clinical supervision and continual professional development. 


Evidence Based Practice  

Providing evidence-based interventions is at the heart of all RTW Plus services. This enables us to provide high quality health and wellbeing solutions which are timely, effective and cost-efficient. 

We utilise the ODG Clinical Guidelines which enable us to make effective clinical decisions based on the best available evidence, measure performance and return to work outcomes against industry standards and drive performance and cost-savings. 

Confidentiality and Data Protection  

Maintaining confidentiality and protecting the personal information of everyone we work with is of the utmost important to us. We adhere to the Caldicott Principles and are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) and Data Protection Act (2018). All our software is ISO270001 compliant.

At RTW Plus, we like to work in partnership with our customers. We therefore value all feedback as this allows us to develop and improve our services. If you would like to make a comment or provide general feedback, please get in touch through the Contact Us page of our website. 

We always strive to provide the best possible service, but acknowledge that on occasion we may fall short of our high standards. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us via telephone, email or in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve any outstanding issues within 28 working days.
